You can check the status of our data server here. If the server is down, your tickers will be too and we probably already know and are working on it, so it's best to hold off contacing us while we're working to fix the problem so please don't email right away. Maybe give it an hour or so before contacting us. If the service went down and is runing again as shown here, then reboot the ticker and it will probalby start working again.
